KaiBot provides AI-powered automation tools for WhatsApp, including but not limited to automated responses, lead management, and campaign management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if you are found to be in violation of these usage policies, particularly regarding WhatsApp spam policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaiBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KaiBot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
